If you are an existing LDR client, feel free to select the schedule of your therapist to find an appropriate appointment time/times. You may then return to this page and click on the email link to send a request for an appointment. Please note, appointments are filled on a first come, first served basis and there is no guarantee that you will get the time you request. A return email will serve as confirmation. Also, please do not email personal or confidential information, as email is not an appropriate means for communicating therapeutic information:
