She received her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Michigan State University in 1982 and her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Minnesota School of Professional Psychology in 1992. Alan Olson, MA, LMFT received his Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary's University. She completed her masters degree in Counseling Psychology in 1997, and a post-graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2005 - both from Saint Mary's University; and is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist. She works with couples, adults and adolescents, providing couple, individual and family therapy from a systemic perspective.
